Frequently Asked Questions

The project duration may vary depending on site conditions, project scope, weather conditions, material availability, and client approvals. While timelines differ for each project, our standard project duration is approximately 6 months from the commencement date. A detailed project schedule will be shared upon finalization of the design and scope of work.

Warranty terms and conditions will be provided in the project agreement and may vary depending on the materials, products, and services included in the scope of work. We prioritize premium, branded materials to ensure maximum durability and support.

Our head office is located in Adoor, Pathanamthitta, Kerala, and we proudly offer our services across Kerala. For projects located outside our primary service region, clients may be required to bear applicable travel, accommodation, transportation, and other project-related miscellaneous expenses, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Standard Payment Terms: A minimum advance payment of 70% of the total project value must be paid at the time of agreement confirmation. Confirmed projects will be executed according to the agreed quotation. However, in the event of market inflation (materials, labor, transport) post-agreement, the locked rates will only be honored if the 70% advance has been fully received. If the advance is delayed, we reserve the right to revise the quotation to prevailing market rates before commencing work.

Return & Cancellation Policy: In the event that a project is cancelled or postponed after the advance has been paid, we will review the expenses incurred (materials, production, design, labor, site visits, transport) up to that point. These incurred expenses will be deducted from the paid amount. Any refundable balance will be determined only after a mutual review and final discussion based on actual project expenses up to the cancellation date.
