Terms & Conditions

All projects undertaken by Home Glow Interiors & Builders are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the project agreement. These terms include project scope, payment schedules, material specifications, timeline conditions, warranty coverage, exclusions, and client responsibilities. By proceeding with our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms and conditions provided as part of the agreement documentation.

We reserve the right to revise these terms as project circumstances require. Major changes will be communicated in writing and annexed directly to the primary project schedule document.

Privacy Policy

Home Glow Interiors & Builders is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and website visitors. Any personal information collected through our website, contact forms, phone calls, or consultations will be used solely for communication, project-related services, and customer support purposes. We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law or necessary for project execution.

Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Standard Payment Terms

A minimum advance payment of 70% of the total project value must be paid at the time of agreement confirmation. Projects confirmed with the required advance payment will be executed based on the agreed quotation and pricing.

In the event of any increase in material costs, labour charges, transportation expenses, or other market-related costs after agreement confirmation, the agreed rates will remain applicable only if the required advance payment has been received.

If the advance payment is not completed as agreed, Home Glow Interiors & Builders reserves the right to revise the quotation and agreement according to the prevailing market rates. In such cases, a revised agreement may be required before project commencement.

Return & Cancellation Policy

In the event that a project is discontinued, postponed, or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or valid reasons after the advance payment has been made, Home Glow Interiors & Builders will review the project status and expenses incurred up to that point.

Any costs already incurred for material purchases, production, design work, labour charges, transportation, site visits, or other project-related expenses will be deducted from the amount paid. If eligible materials can be returned to suppliers or unused resources can be recovered, the applicable value may be considered during the final settlement.

Any refundable balance, if applicable, will be determined only after a mutual review and final discussion between both parties. Refunds, if approved, shall be processed based on the actual project expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
